Hi! I’m Neha, a mom of 2 girls, former chemistry teacher, and a woman who spent way too many years trying to shrink herself. I grew up in an immigrant family where body image was always the unspoken pressure. By the time I was 35, I’d tried keto, juice cleanses, went vegan, ate 1000-calorie diets, spent hours on the elliptical… yet the weight wouldn’t come off.
